QCitizen Data platforms para sa transparent na pamamahala inilunsad ng QC LGU

PARA palakasin pa ang transparent na pamamahala at accountability, inilunsad ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Quezon City ang “QCitizen Data: Resibo ng Serbisyo,” nitong Mayo 18 kaugnay sa Open Government Week 2026.

Ang digital platform na ito ay magbibigay pahintulot sa mga residente ng lunsod upang direktang maka-access sa government data, i-monitor ang mga proyekto at i-report ang anumang concern ng komunidad, in real time.

Ito ay isang user-friendly platform na binubuo ng QCitizen Data Dashboards, QC Open Infra Dashboard, at QC iReport—mga digital tools na dinisenyo upang malaman ng mga residente kung paano pinatatakbo ang pamahalaan, gastusin at iba pang serbisyo ng lunsod.

Ilan sa mga available na ngayon ay ang may kinalaman sa QC Helpline 122, QCID, PWD Community, Free Maintenance Medicine, Pangkabuhayang QC, at ang QC Scholarship Program.

Dahil sa digital project billboard, maaari nang malaman ng mga residente kung anong mga proyekto ang pinondohan ng lunsod, saan ito matatagpuan, halaga ng budget, tagal ng proyekto, kailan sinimulan at kailan matatapos at kasalukuyang kalagayan ng proyekto.

Isang digital reporting platform naman ang QC iReport kung saan puwede nilang ipadala ang mga non-emergency complaints, kahilingan, tanong at concern.

Ang lahat ng ito ay accessible sa QC eServices portal at mobile app at kung nais ng residente na mag-sumite  ng report ay puwede niya itong lakipan ng larawan at i-monitor ang progress at response time gamit ang integrated tracking system.

Ang mga non-emergency concern ng mga residente ay kinabibilangan ng streetlights, baradong kanal,koleksyon ng basura, potholes, ilegal na pagparada, ilegal na mga instruktura, walang business permit.

“Nais natin na madaling maunawaan ng QCitizen kung ano ang ginagawa at pakikipag-ugnayan ng pamahalaan,” ang pahayag ni Mayor Joy Belmonte.

“Ang platform na ito ay magbibigay ng kaalaman sa mga residente sa kung paano tumatakbo ang pamahalaan—mula sa mga proyekto, halaga ng proyekto, at iba pang serbisyo. At kapag makita ng mga tao kung paano ito gumagana at tumutugon, nabubuoo ang matibay na tiwala sa pagitan ng mga nasasakupan at namumuno,” dagdag pa ng alkalde.
