THE Pasig City Police Station has arrested the city’s fourth most wanted person, who is facing multiple charges, including sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness involving his minor biological daughter.

In a statement, Pasig police chief PCol. Hendrix Mangaldan said the suspect, identified only by the alias “Evert,” 30, a construction worker and resident of Barangay Sta. Cruz, was arrested during a manhunt operation conducted by personnel of the Caniogan Police Sub-Station at around 6:10 p.m. on Aug. 7 in Purok 7, Barangay Sta. Cruz.

Police said the arrest was carried out by virtue of a warrant issued by the Family Court Branch 12 in Pasig City on Aug. 5.

The suspect is facing one count of sexual assault under Article 266-A(2) of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Republic Act No. 7610, with recommended bail set at P200,000.

He is also charged with one count of acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to RA 7610, with recommended bail of P180,000, as well as two counts of lascivious conduct under RA 7610, each carrying a recommended bail of P180,000.

According to police, the cases stem from complaints filed by the suspect’s biological daughter, who is a minor. Authorities said the alleged offenses occurred in separate incidents between 2018 and 2026.

Mangaldan commended the operating team for the successful implementation of the warrant, saying the arrest reflects the Pasig police’s commitment to locating wanted persons and ensuring they face the charges filed against them in court.

The Pasig City Police Station said it will continue to intensify its campaign against criminality while strengthening efforts to maintain peace, order, and public safety throughout the city.
