Resulta ito ng kamakailang pagbisita noong Enero 2023 ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. sa China kung saan lumagda siya sa Protocol of the Phytosanitary Requirements for Export of Fresh Durians from the Philippines to China.
