Belmonte, Sandoval, Da best mayors sa NCR

NANGUNA sina Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte at Malabon Mayor Jeannie Sandoval bilang
pinakamahuhusay na mayors sa National Capital Region.
Ito ang lumabas sa isang independent at non-commissioned survey ng RP-Mission and
Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD).


Ayon sa survey ng RPMD, nakuha ni Belmonte ang performance score na 94.0%, samantalang
93.1% naman kay Sandoval.


Nag-tie sa ikalawang pwesto ang apat na mayors. Ito ay sina Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco
(92.7%), Caloocan Mayor Along Malapitan (92.5%), Parañaque Mayor Eric Olivarez (92.3%) at
Pasay Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano (92.1%).


Nasa top 3 naman sina Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto (90.4%), Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna
(89.7%) at Makati Mayor Abigail Binay (89.5%) Habang nag-tie sa ikaapat na pwesto sina Mandaluyong Mayor Ben Abalos Sr. (87.9%), Muntinlupa Mayor Rozzano Rufino Biazon (87.5%) at Valenzuela Mayor Wes Gatchalian (87.1%) Sa ikalimang pwesto, nag-tie sina Marikina Mayor Marcy Teodoro (85.8%), at Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano (85.5%) Naging criteria ang mga sumusunod na nagsilbing basehan sa resulta ng survey: service delivery, financial acumen, leadership governance, economic progress, environmental conservation, social initiatives, at engagement.

Ayon kay Dr. Paul Martinez, Executive Director of RPMD, bahagi nang nabanggit na survey
ang pambansang survey na RPMD’s Boses ng Bayan. Ito ay isinagawa magmula Setyembre 20
hanggang 30, na kung saan umabot sa 10,000 registered voters sa NCR ang nagsilbing
respondents.
