Pagbibitiw ni senator Tolentino bilang chairman ng Blue Ribbon Committee, tinanggap ni SP Zubiri

Tinanggap na ni Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri ang pagbibitiw sa pwesto ni senador Francis Tolentino bilang chairman ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee.

Binigyang diin ng senate leader na nauunawaan at nirerespesto niya ang desisyon ni sen. Tolentino.

Sa ilalim aniya ng pamumuno ng senador ay epektibong nagampanan ang kapangyarihan at mandato nito na mag-imbestigahan ‘in aid of legislation’ ang mga usapin na may kaugnayan sa accountabilities ng mga opisiyal ng gobyerno.

Nakatitiyak naman si Senate President Zubiri na magiging maayos ang period of transition sa naturang komite.

Samantala, aminado naman ang Senate President na magiging mahirap ang paghahanap ng magiging kapalit ni sen. Tolentino bilang chairman ng Blue Ribbon Committee.
