MAYOR Jeannie Sandoval continues her visits to various evacuation centers to personally check on residents affected by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) flooding and ensure they receive necessary assistance.

On Wednesday, she visited several centers, including:

  • Maysilo Elementary School: Housing 21 temporary evacuee families
  • Panghulo Elementary School: Serving 35 families from Artex Compound
  • Panghulo Integrated School: Sheltering 44 affected families
  • Tinajeros Elementary School: Accommodating 71 families
  • Concepcion Elementary School: Housing 9 families
  • Dampalit Integrated School: Hosting 26 families
  • Dampalit Integrated School 1: Serving 22 families

Under the direction of the City Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD), led by Ms. Lorelie Soriano, the distribution of ready-to-eat food packs and essential supplies to evacuees remains ongoing.

Water purifiers were also delivered to provide clean and safe drinking water, along with charging stations to help residents stay connected.

Medical teams remain on standby at the centers to promptly address health concerns and offer immediate medical aid as needed.

Meanwhile, First Gentleman Ricky Sandoval, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Malabon City Chapter, continues to support residents staying at Tinajeros Elementary School by distributing medicines, face masks, and gloves to help safeguard their health.

In times of disaster, the Malabon City Government remains committed to fast-response efforts—from evacuation and providing basic necessities to offering medical services and ongoing welfare checks.

No Malabueño family will be left behind. We will continue to support and take action until everyone recovers.
