Higit 6K pamilya sa Rizal inilikas sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Uwan

MAY kabuuang 6,809 pamilya o 26,562 indibidwal ang inilikas bunsod ng malakas na hangin at ulan dala ng Bagyong Uwan batay sa huling tala (10:52AM) ng Critical Incident Monitoring Action Team (CIMAT).

Sa 457 evacuation center na binuo ng pamahalaang panlalawigan, Rizal PNP at iba pang ahensya, 196 sa mga ito ang nagamit lakip na ang isinagawang pre-emptive evacuation sa 1,221 pamilya o 4,662 indibidwal.

Lunes ng umaga ay nagsagawa ng paglilinis at pag-aalis ng mga natumbang puno ang mga tauhan ng Baras Municipal Police Station (MPS) sa kahabaan ng Marilaque Highway, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga motorista at maiwasan ang anumang insidente sa lugar.

Sinabi ni PCol. Feloteo Gonzalgo, provincial director ng Rizal PNP, kay Police Regional Office (PRO) 4-A Regional Director PBGen. Paul Kenneth Lucas na walang naiulat na anumang flash flood at landslide incident sa lalawigan.

“Pinayuhan natin ang mga pamilyang nagsilikas na huwag munang bumalik sa kani-kanilang mga bahay hangga’t hindi pa iniutos ng mga awtoridad. Maging alerto muna sa anumang mangyari upang maging ligtas ang lahat,” ang pahayag ni Gonzalgo.

Sa kanyang pagbisita sa San Mateo Municipal Police Station, siniguro ni Gonzalgo na maayos ang koordinasyon sa pagitang ng pulisya, lokal na pamahalaan at mga kaukulang ahensya upang matiyak na sapat ang supply ng pagkain, gamot, at iba pang pangunahing pangangailangan ng mga bakwit.

Ayon pa kay Gonzalgo, naging alerto rin ang mga kapulisan na nagbabantay sa mga residenteng lumikas dahil sa bagyo sa mga evacuation center at wala ring naiulat na anumang insidente ng kaguluhan.
