Mahigit 187,000 katao sa Davao Region ang naapektuhan ng masamang panahon dahil sa epekto ng shear line.

Ayon sa National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, nagmula sa 109 na barangay sa Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao Occidental at Davao Oriental ang mga apektadong indibidwal.

Aabot sa mahigit 6,000 katao ang pansamantalang nananatili sa evacuation centers habang mahigit 2,000 individuals naman ang nanunuluyan sa ibang mga lugar.

Nagpaabot naman ng tulong ang Coast Guard Southeastern Mindanao at Department of Social Welfare and Development-11 sa mga apektadong residente.
