Ito ay ang Financial Administration and Sustainability Disaster Preparedness Social Protection and Sensitivity Health Compliance and Responsiveness; Sustainable Education Business Friendliness and Competitiveness, Safety, Peace and Order, Environmental Management; Tourism, Heritage Development Culture, and Arts; at Youth Development.
