“Firstly, as a local government unit envisioning itself to become a leading investment hub and a model smart city, we have achieved milestones and recognitions that prove we are stepping up the ladder of success year after year,” sinabi ni Biazon.

“ Secondly, as a people, celebrating the triumphs and successes of our fellow Muntinlupenos – who, in their respective fields and own ways, helped make the city truly nakakaproud,” aniya pa.

Binanggit din ng mayor ang mga tagumpay na natamo ng lungsod sa buong taon, gaya nang pagtanggap ng Seal of Good Local Governance for 2023 ininawad ng Department of Interior and Local Government, at ang Sustainable Development Goal Award on City, Climate Action Category ng CityNet, isang global advocacy body, atbp.

“Muntinlupa remains a beacon of strength and resilience. Our city has weathered storms, both literal and metaphorical, and emerged stronger each time. As we reflect on the past year, let us not only acknowledge the challenges we faced but also celebrate the victories, both big and small, that have shaped our community,” pagtatapos ni Biazon.
