Kulungan ang bagsak ng tatlong drug personalities matapos makuhanan ng baril at mahigit P.1 milyong halaga ng shabu sa isinagawang buy bust operation sa Malabon City, Biyernes ng madaling araw.

Kinilala ni Malabon police chief P/Col. Jay Baybayan ang naarestong mga suspek na sina Allan Tenebro, 45-anyos, (pusher/listed), Jeffrey John Mercado, 46-anyos, kapwa ng Brgy. Tonsuya at Jason Layton, 36-anyos, electrician ng Brgy. Hulong Duhat.

Sa report na nakarating sa tanggapan ni Northern Police District (NPD) Director P/BGen. Rizalito Gapas, bandang 12:30 Biyernes ng madaling araw nang magsagawa ang mga operatiba ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng buy bust operation sa Mc Arthur Hi-way corner Riverside St., Brgy. Potrero matapos makatanggap ng impormasyon kaugnay sa pagbebenta ng shabu ni Tenebro.

 Nang tanggapin ni Tenebro ang P500 marked money mula sa isang pulis na nagpanggap na buyer kapalit ng isang plastic sachet ng shabu ay agad siyang dinamba ng mga operatiba, kasama ang kanyang kasabwat na si Mercado at ang kanilang parokyano na si Layton.

Ayon kay PSSg Kenneth Geronimo, nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang nasa 25.84 grams ng hinihinalang shabu na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) value na P175, 712 at buy bust money habang nakuha pa kay Tenebro ang isang cal. 45 pistol na may magazine at tatlong bala.

Mahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong pagpabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 habang karagdagan kasong paglabag sa R.A 10591 in relation to Omnibus Election Code ang kakaharapin pa ni Tenebro
