31 pamilya nasunugan ng bahay sa Marikina

TATLUMPONG pamilya ang nawalan ng bahay dahil sa sunog Biyernes ng gabi, Disyembre 26 sa Barangay Nangka, Marikina City, ayon kay Vice Mayor Del de Guzman.

Ayon sa ulat ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), nagsimula ang sunog dakong alas-6:44 ng gabi sa 32 Avenue Balubad Phase 2 ng nasabing barangay at itinaas ang ikalawang alarma dakong 6:58 ng gabi.

Sinabi pa ng BFP na dahil sa lakas ng hangin kung kaya mabilis na kumalat ang apoy at unang tinupok ang labinlimang kabahayan.

Kaagad na dinala ang mga apektadong pamilya sa Camacho Civic Center, ang iba naman ay tumuloy sa kanilang mga kamag-anak at naglaan ang lokal na pamahalaan ng mga pagkain at modular tents.

Inaalam pa ng mga otoridad ang dahilan ng sunog. Tuluyang naapula ang apoy dakong alas-7:41 na gabi at walang naiulat na nasaktan.
