Nakipagtulungan ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Valenzuela City sa Ford Motors Company sa pagsasagawa ng pagsasanay na tinawag na “Ford Driving Skills For Life,” para sa pagsusulong ng ligtas na pagmamaneho.

Aabot sa halos 300 katao ang lumahok sa training mula sa publiko at pribadong sektor kabilang ang mga kawani mula sa Valenzuela City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Valenzuela City Police Station, Barangay Workers, at ilang empleyado ng City Hall.

Sumubok din ng ilang unit ng sasakyan na dala ng Ford ang mga mag-aaral mula sa Our Lady of Fatima University, Valenzuela City Technological College, at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela.

Kabilang sa tinalakay ng mga automotive expert mula sa Ford ang mga madalas na tagpo sa kalsada, gayundin ang mga road signs at safety guidelines kapag nagmamaneho.

Pinuri naman ni Mayor WES Gatchalian ang mga lumahok sa training, lalo na ang mga mag-aaral, dahil ito ang kanilang unang pagkakataon na sumali sa pagsasanay mula nang ilunsad ito noong nakaraang taon.
