Mga estudyante, titser OK magsuot ng duck hair clips—DepEd

NILINAW ng Department of Education (DepEd) na maaaring magsuot ng nauusong duck hair clips ang mga estudyante sa pagpasok sa paaralan, kung saan trending ngayon ang nasabing hair clips.

Sinabi ni DepEd deputy spokesman Francis Bringas na wala siyang nakikitang problema kung gustong makiuso ng isang mag-aaral lalo na ang pagsusuot ng duck hair clips dahil hindi naman ito offensive at nakakasagabal sa pag-aaral.

Kuwento pa Bringas na maging siya ay bumili rin ng sarili niyang duck hair clip nang magtungo sa Binondo.

Isang meme ni DepEd Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio ang inilathala sa FB Page ng iMPACT Leadership.

Sinabi pa nito na hindi naman ito makakaapekto sa klase kung magsusuot ang mag-aaral o maging ang guro dahil nagbibigay lang ito ng kasiyahan.

“It’s just a fad. It’s a hair accessory, siguro it won’t hurt the class kung meron extra accessory sa ulo. I don’t think it will bothersome for many,” sinabi ni Bringas sa isang panayam.

Ang sumisikat na duck clip ay isang libangan at hair accessory lamang, na maihahalintulad sa ribbon o headband na puwede namang suotin o isabit.

Matatandaang sa Baguio City unang sumikat ang duck hair clip at mas sumikat pa lalo sa kasagsagan ng Chinese New Year dahil karamihan sa mga nagtungo sa China Town ay nakitang nakasuot ng duck hair clip.
