DAHIL sa digital innovation at information and communication technology (ICT), ang
transaksyon sa negosyo ay hindi na kailangan ang pagbabayad ng cash, mas mabilis at
mas ligtas pa.


Sinabi ni Cainta, Rizal Mayor Elen Nieto na simula pa lamang nang pag-upo niya sa
pwesto, nagsimula na nilang ipatupad ang E-payment para maging kumbinyente sa
mga magbabayad ng buwis at may-ari ng negosyo.


“In a way, this was borne out of the pandemic, where digital transactions became the
norm… there is that benefit of convenience as taxpayers need not line up and they can
get their assessments and can opt to pay in the convenience of their homes or
offices”, paliwanag ni Nieto.

Sa pamamagitan ng electronic payment system, ang.ng Cainta taxpayers
ay magdudulot nang malaking kaginhawahan lalo na sa mga magbabayad ng kanilang
real property taxes. Pwede na silang magbayad sa Landbank Payment Portal, gamit
ang E-Payment platform


Magkakaroon daw ng integration ang online services ng munisipyo pati na rin sa
pagbabayad sa municipal treasury, na malapit na ring gawin online.


Para magamit at ma-access ang E-Payment portal, ang nais magbayad ng buwis ay
dapat mayroong aktibong email account. Dapat ding hawak ng taxpayer ang hard
copy ng 2023 na official receipt at dapat wala siyang arrears o utang.
