Umaabot sa P300,000 halaga ng shabu ang nakumpiska sa ikinasang buy bust operation at pagkakahuli sa dalawang tulak ng ilegal na droga matapos ang naganap na transaksyon sa pagbebenta ng shabu sa Navotas City, Biyernes ng madaling araw.

Kinilala ni Navotas police chief P/Col. Mario Cortes ang naaresto na sina Marlon De Chavez, 28-anyos, nakatala bilang Pusher/Listed at Top 10 Regional Priority Data Base on Illegal Drugs, residente ng Bagong Silang St., Brgy. San Jose; at Jay-Ar Gloria, 37-anyos, ng Blk 33 Lot 28 Phase II Area 2 Brgy., NBBS Dagat-Dagatan.

Sa report ni Col. Cortes kay Northern Police District (NPD) Director P/BGen. Rizalito Gapas, nagsagawa ang mga operatiba ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) sa pangunguna ni P/Cpt. Genere Sanchez ng buy busy operation sa Matang Baka St., Brgy. Dagat-Dagatan nang makatanggap na impormasyon hinggil sa iligal na pagbebenta ng droga ni De Chavez.

Nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang humigi’t- kumulang 56 gramo ng shabu na may standard drug price value na P380,800.00 at buy bust money .

Nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang isasampa ng pulisya laban sa mga suspek sa Navotas City Prosecutor’s Office.
