KAILANGANG simulan na ang cloud seeding bago pa matuyuan ng tubig ang Angat Dam sa
Norzagaray, Bulacan, mungkahi ni Cong. Erwin Tulfo, ACT-CIS 3 rd Representative.


“Huwag na siguro nating hintayin na umabot sa pagrarasyon ng tubig sa Metro Manila, dahil nawala na ang tubig sa Angat,” ayon sa mambabatas.


Dati na raw ginagawa ito kahit hindi pa El Niño, kapag bumaba na ang water level sa dam, aniya pa.

Samantala, nanawagan si ACT-CIS 2nd Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo na dapat kaagad magtulungan ang
Department of Science and Technology (DoST) at Department of National Defense (DND) para
masimulan na ang cloud seeding project.
