TERORISTA na ngayon ang bansag kina Negros Oriental Cong. Arnolfo Teves at 12 iba pa.
Ito ang opisyal na pahayag kamakailan ng Anti-Terrorism Council (ATC).


Idineklara ring terorista sina Pryde Henry Teves, kapatid ng kongresman, kasama rin sina
Tomasino Aledro, Rogelio Antipolo, Jomarie Catubay, Nigel Electona, Eulogio Gonyon Jr.,


John Louie Gonyon, Winrich Isturis, Dachniel Lora, Marvin Miranda, Hannah Mae Sumero
Oray, at Rommel Pattaguan.


Ayon sa ATC Resolution No. 43, ang serye ng mga pagpatay at pangha-harass sa mga
residente sa Negros Oriental, ay tuwirang paglabag sa Sections 4, 6, 10, at 12 ng Anti-
Terrorism Act


Tinukoy sa resolusyon ang ginawang pagsugod ng grupo ni Teves sa bahay ni Governor Roel
Degamo, at pinagbabaril ang gobernador at mga tauhan nito habang namimigay ng ayuda
noong Marso 4, 2003. Sampu ang namatay sa krimen kasama si Degamo at 12 ang
nasugatan.

Ang resolusyon ay nilagdaan ng mga sumusunod na opisyal ng ATC: Sina Executive
Secretary Lucas Bersamin, chair; National Security Adviser Eduardo Año, vice-chair; at
retired Gen. Ricardo de Leon, secretariat head.


Samantala, inilabas ng Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) noong Hulyo 31 ang
Resolution TF-69 na nag-utos sa lahat ng financial institutions na i-freeze ang lahat ng assets
ni Teves at 12 iba pa na binansagang terorista. Sakop ng utos ang lupain at iba pang ari-
arian.
