NAKASOKOTE ng mga elemento ng Pasig Police Warrant Section ang isang wanted sa
krimen noong Hulyo 3 sa Taytay, Rizal. Ito ay ayon kay PCol Celerino Sacro, Jr, hepe ng
Pasig Police.


Sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest na inilabas ni Judge Nicanor Manalo, Jr., Assisting Judge ng
RTC Branch 158, Pasig City, nahuli ang suspek na si alyas “Rodel”, 47, kapintero at
residente ng Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal. Siya ay nahaharap sa paglabag sa Section 5
(a) at (i) ng R.A. 9262 o Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004.

Inirekomenda ni Judge Manalo ang piyensang P12,000 para sa pansamantalang paglaya
ni alyas “Rodel”.
