Sa report mula sa tanggapan ni PCol. Celerino Sacro, hepe ng Pasig Police, inaresto si alyas “JJ”, 23-anyos, residente ng Brgy. San Miguel, Pasig City sa kahabaan ng Market Avenue, Brgy. San Miguel bandang 9:03 Biyernes ng umaga.
Dala ang warrant of arrest laban na akusado na inisyu ni Hon. Carmencita Lacandazo-Logan, Presiding Judge ng Family Court Branch 12, Pasig City para sa kasong Three Counts of Statutory Rape Penalized under Article 266-A, No. 1 (d) as amended by R.A. No. 11648 in relation to Section 5(a) of R.A. No. 8369 na may petsang February 2, 2024 at walang inilagak na piyansa.
Kasalukuyang nakakulong ang akusado sa Pasig City custodial facility habang hinihintay ang commitment order mula sa korte
