P170-K shabu nasabat 2 tulak sa QC

Umaabot sa P176,800 halaga ng shabu ang nasabat ng mga tauhan ng District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) sa ikinasang magkahiwalay na buy bust operation at mahuli anf dalawang tulak sa Quezon City.

Unang inaresto si Joven Gabane, 33-anyos, residente ng Calachuchi St., Brgy. Commonwealth, Quezon  bandang 7:00 Lunes ng umaga sa Quezon City Polytechnic University, IBP Road, Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

Isinagawa ng mga tauhan ng DDEU sa pangunguna ni  Asst. Chief, PMaj. Wenn poie Ann Cale ang buy bust operation, kasama ang  Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) matapos makatanggap ng report kaugnay sa pagtutulak ng illegal na droga ng suspek.

Isang pulis ang umaktong poseur buyer para makabili ng halagang P10,500.00 shabu sa suspek at nang maayos na ang transaksyon ay doon na nagbigay ng signal ang pulis para arestuhin ang suspek.

Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang 25 gramo ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P170,000.00, cellular phone, at buy-bust money. 

Samantala, nalambat naman ng mga tauhan ng Holy Spirit Police Station sa pamumuno ni PLtCol. May Genio, ang suspek na si  Jomar Lizardo.

Bandang 11:30 Lunes ng gabi ng isagawa ng Holy Spirit Police ang buy bust operation sa kahabaan ng  Pitonia St., corner Sampaguita, Brgy. Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.

Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang isang gramo ng shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P6,800.00, at buy-bust money.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong ang mga suspek sa QC detention cell at sinampahan ng kasong paglabag s R.A. 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 sa   Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.
