Wanted na former PDEA agent, arestado

ARESTADO ang isang dating agent ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) na 6 na taon nang pinaghahanap ng batas, sa mismong harap ng Hall of Justice dakong alas-4 ng hapon, Huwebes, Marso 2, 2023 sa Brgy. San Nicolas, Pasig City.

Ayon sa police report na nakarating kay Pasig City Police Chief PCol. Celerino Sacro, Jr., inaresto ng mga otoridad si Jonathan Morales, 58-anyos, may-asawa, negosyante at residente ng Brgy. Maybunga ng Lungsod Pasig.

Inihain ang nasabing warrant of arrest ng pinagsanib na puwersa ng Station Warrant and Subpoena Section ng City Hall Detachment, 4th Mobile Force Company (MFC), Regional Mobile Force Batallion (RMFB), at National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO).

Batay pa sa nasabing report, inilabas ni Hon. Jocelyn Gamboa delos Santos, Presiding Judge ng Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch IV ng San Fernando City, Pampanga ang warrant of arrest sa kasong False Testimony sa ilalim ng Article 180 ng Revised Penal Code noong April 3, 2017 at may P6,000 piyansa.

Napag-alaman din na si Morales ay nasangkot kamakailan sa isang kaso ng pambubugbog sa isang miyembro ng homeowners association kung saan siya ang presidente dito.

Naging kontrobersyal ang nasabing pambubugbog dahil nakuhanan ito ng video at naging viral kung saan ikinadismaya ito ng marami dahil nangyari ang insidente sa loob pa mismo ng chapel.

Ayon pa sa impormasyon, over-staying na di-umano si Morales sa pagiging presidente nito ng kanilang homeowners association kung kaya’t matagal nang hinihiling ng mga miyembro na bumitiw na ito sa puwesto.

Sa isang meeting na ipinatawag ni Morales, inakala ng mga miyembro na magpapatawag na ito ng eleksyon ngunit ikinadismaya ng marami na ang naging pangunahing agenda ng nasabing meeting ay ang itatayong pasilidad na magsisilbing evacuation center.

Mariin itong tinutulan ng karamihan sa mga residente kung kaya nabinbin ang nasabing proyekto. Sa kalagitnaan ng nasabing meeting ay nagkainitan ang magkabilang partido na humantong sa kaguluhan.
