Lalaking kabilang sa Most Wanted Person ng Valenzuela City, timbog sa Bulacan

Arestado ang isang lalaki na kabilang sa listahan ng most wanted persons sa Valenzuela City sa ikinasang manhunt operation sa kanyang pinagtataguan lugar sa Marilao, Bulacan.

Batay sa report ni Valenzuela police chief P/Col. Salvador Destura Jr., sa Northern Police District (NPD), nakatanggap ng impormasyon ang mga operatiba ng Warrant and Subpoena Section na nagtatago umano ang akusadong si alyas “Jose” sa naturang lugar.

Bumuo ng team si WSS chief P/Lt. Ronald Bautista, katuwang ang mga tauhan ng Northern Maritime Police Station, Navotas City, sa pangunguna ni PCMS Miguel Perez lll saka nagsagawa ng joint manhunt operation kontra wanted persons na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto sa akusado dakong alas-12:20 ng hapon sa Beverly Homes 1, Barangay Prensa 2, Marilao, Bulacan.

inaresto ang akusado sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court, Branch 172, Acting Presiding Judge Mateo Altarejos noong January 12, 2024, para sa dalawang bilang ng Sexual Assault under Art. 266-A 2 of the RPC in relation to Sec. 5 B of R.A. 7610, as amended by R.A. 11648.

Dinala ang akusado sa Valenzuela City Health Department para sa medical examination bago tinurn-over sa Custodial Facility Unit ng Valenzuela CPS.
