NAGSAGAWA kamakailan ang Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) ng pag-aaral
para ma-test ang paggamit nila ng AI o artificial intelligence pati na graphic analytics
para ma-detect ang mga mapanlinlang na transaksyon.


Ang dinibelop na Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Center of Excellence team ng
bangko ang system na magbibigay nang mas mataas na kalidad na pagde-desisyon na
nagre-resulta sa “accurate, faster, and efficient” sa bawat transaksyon.


Gumagamit ang bangko ng “tatlong degrees ng koneksyon” sa graph analytics para
busisiin ang bawat transaksyon, dahil dito, napapadali ang pagkilala at pagpigil sa
mapanlinlang na transaksyon.

“With this, we have further proven that AI can significantly augment our ability to
spot patterns in transaction flows, detect malicious activities, and prioritize suspicious
accounts for further investigation,” ayon kay Dr. Adrienne Heinreich, UnionBank
Head, AI Center of Excellence, Data and AI Group.
