US$50-M: Para sa renewable energy ng bansa – Malaysia, PH

PALALAKASIN ng US$50 milyon ng Malaysian investment ang sektor ng renewable energy sa
bansa, matapos ang state visit ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa Malaysia kamakailan.


Noong nakaraang linggo, ipinadala na ang proposal kay Pangulong Marcos ng Philippine-based
New Wave investor at Emissary Capital ng Malaysia.


Sa isang magkasamang pahayag noong Linggo, ang multimillion-dollar na proyekto ay naglalayung pondohan ang sektor ng renewable energy, electric vehicle, clean energy, atbp.

Naka-focus ngayon ang mata ng dalawang kumpanya sa solar at wind farms sa Northern Luzon.


Umaasa ang Marcos Administration na madaragdagan ang parte ng renewable energy mula sa
22.8 percent noong 2022 tungo sa 35 percent sa 2030.
