Nasakote ng Taguig City Police Station ang kinikilalang Top 3 most wanted person dahil sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness  matapos lapagan ng warrant of arrest sa loob ng kulungan, Sabado ng umaga sa Taguig City Jail.

Inaresto si Joel De Mesa ‘y Cecilio, bandang 8:00 Sabado ng umaga sa   Upper Bicutan, Taguig City.

Sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest para sa kasong paglabag sa Art. 336, Criminal Case No. 6975 na inisyu ni Hon. Bryon Gabbuat San Pedro Presiding Judge, Family Court ng Branch 15, Taguig City na may petsang August 18, 2023 at nilaanan ng piyansang ₱200,000.00.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong ang suspek sa Taguig Custodial Facility nang inihain ang court order.
