Napabayaang ospital sa Laguna pinapatapos ni PBBM

Ipinag-utos ni Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) na kaagad tapusin ang napabayaang ospital sa probinsiya ng Laguna.

Sa direktiba ng Pangulo sa DPWH dapat aniya madaliin ang konstruksyon ng mga natenggang health care facilities sa Laguna gaya ng Laguna Medical Center na halos limang taon nang hindi napapakinabangan ng mga taga-Laguna at ang pagsasaayos ng 56-taong Luciana District Hospital para sa maayos na health care service sa pasyente.

Sambit naman ni Secretary Vince Dizon, makikipagtulungan ang Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa Department of Health (DOH) upang matiyak na ang itatayong bagong Luisiana District Hospital ay nasa DOH Level 2 standard para sa maayos na pagdeliver ng health care service para sa labing-anim na bayan sa Laguna at sa mga kalapit lugar.

Binigyang pansin ni Dizon ang kahalagahan ng paghahanap ng pondo para sa natenggang mga ospital at kung possible ay hihingi siya ng tulong kay Mr. Marcos para tapusin ang mga proyekto upang pakinabangan ng mga residente.

“Maghahanap tayo ng pondo, hihingi tayo kay Presidente ng pondo para ma-restart natin ang pagpapagawa nito. Kasi hindi naman ‘to matagal eh. May pundasyon na eh. So ang commitment natin, next year tapos na ‘tong building na ‘to. At least makakadagdag ‘to sa hospital beds, makakadagdag sa ward, may bagong emergency room na pwedeng gamitin. So ang laking tulong nito,” sabi ni Dizon sa kaniyang pagbisita sa Laguna Medical Center kasama si Governor Sol Aragones kamakailan. (KARLO GARCIA)
