PBBM pinangunahan ang YAKAP caravan sa Bohol

KASAMA si Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sonny Angara, pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) caravan sa Calape, Bohol nitong Biyernes.

Ang nasabing programa ay proyekto ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) na naglalayong suportahan ang kalusugan ng mga mag-aaral sa mga komunidad.

Tumungo si Marcos sa Mandaug Elementary School at namahagi ng 118 school bags sa Grade 1 at Grade 2 students at dalawang smart board television.

Umabot sa 200 mga magulang at mag-aaral na mga benepisyaryo kung saan nakatanggap ang mga ito ng libreng konsultasyon medikal, mga gamot, pagpaparehistro sa PhilHealth at pag-imprinta ng ID bilang mmiyembro ng nasabing ahensya.

Ang nasabing medikal caravan ay kapuwa isinagawa ng Calape Rural Health Unit at Calape Mother and Child Hospital.

Maliban kina Marcos at Angara, sumama rin sa nasabing proyekto si acting PhilHealth president and CEO Edwin Mercado.
