3 tulak ng droga arestado sa Rizal

ISANG construction worker na tinaguriang most wanted person sa Calabarzon ang inaresto ng mga operatiba ng Morong Municipal Police Station sa kasong pagtutulak ng iligal na droga, noong Enero 21, 2025 sa Brgy. Cupang, Antipolo City.

Kinilala ni PCol. Felipe Maraggun ang suspek na si Alyas “Jhaps,” 28, na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 Sec. 5 na inisyu ng Regional Trial Court Branch 79 ng Morong, Rizal at walang inerekomendang piyansa.

Batay sa impormasyon na nakalap ng pulisya, dati nang nahuli ang akusado sa iligal na droga noong November 29, 2018 matapos mahulihan ito ng shabu at baril ngunit nakalaya nang mag-apela sa  probation nito.

Sinabi pa ni Maraggun na noong December 7, 2019 ay muling bumalik sa pagbebenta ng iligal na droga ang akusado ngunit nakatakas ito sa isang operasyon at nagtago sa loob ng limang taon hanggang sa maaresto itong muli.

“Kinukuha ng akusado ang mga iligal na droga sa isang kaibigan niya sa Cavite at ibinebenta ito sa mga bayan ng Baras, Tanay at siyudad ng Antipolo,” sabi ni Maraggun.

Samantala, kasabay ding naaresto ng mga operatiba ng Rizal Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), ang dalawang lalaki sa isang drug buy-bust operation sa Brgy. Poblacion Ibaba sa bayan ng Angono.

Ayon kay Maraggun, arestado sina Alyas “Ariel,” 24 at Alyas “Jie,” 31-anyos na parehong nakatira sa bayan ng Cainta at nakumpiska sa kanila ang 20 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na may street value na P136,000.

Nakapiit ang dalawa sa Rizal PIU Custodial Facility para sa dokumentasyon at tamang disposisyon at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
