INISNAB ng rider na nambutas ng gulong ng motorista ang show cause order (SCO) na inilabas ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) upang ipaliwanag ang kaniyang panig sa nangyaring viral video.

Inaasahan kahapon ng ahensya na magpapakita ito tulad ng karaniwang ginagawa ng mga motorista o rider na nasangkot sa mga road rage at nag-viral sa social media.

Ayon sa LTO, hindi na sila maglalabas ng ikalawang SCO dahil dumating naman ang abogado nito, sa halip mag-iisyu na lamang sila ng isang resolusyon kaugnay sa insidente.

Matatandaan na naging viral ang video kung saan nakaalitan ng motorcycle rider ang isang driver ng delivery van at binutasan nito ang gulong ng van gamit ang dalang kutsilyo.
