Paputok, open muffler na motor, bawal na sa Munti

Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ng Muntinlupa City ang paggamit ng lahat ng uri ng paputok at open muffler sa motorsiklo dahil ito ay may nakakaperhuwisyong ingay sa mga residente.

“Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paggamit at pagbebenta ng paputok o anumang uri ngpyrotechnic device sa Muntinlupa, alinsunod sa City Ordinance No. 14-092. Ito ay maaaring maging sanhi ng aksidente,” ayon sa tanggapan ni Mayor Ruffy Biazon.

Pagmumultahin ng ₱1,000 o pagkakakulong nang hindi lalampas ng isang buwan, ang sinumang mahuling lumabag sa ordinansa sa unang pagkakataon.

Ang multa ay magiging ₱3,000 o pagkakakulong nang hindi lalagpas ng anim na buwan o parehong multa at pagkakakulong, depende sa magiging utos ng hukuman.

Sa ikatlong pagkakataon, magiging ₱5,000 ang multa o may pagkakakulong nang hindi bababa sa tatlong buwan at hindi lalagpas ng anim na buwan, o parehong multa at pagkakakulong, depende sa magiging utos ng hukuman.

“No private person shall use or cause to be used sirens, bells, horns. whistles or similar gadgets that emit exceptionally loud or startling sounds, including dome lights and emergency red flashing lights installed in either front or rear, and emergency red light blinkers and other similar signaling or flashing devices that actually impede and confuse traffic and which are inconsistent with sound traffic discipline and control on the roads,” bahagi ng ordinansa.

Pwede lamang mag-fireworks display sa mga inilaang lugar ng pamahalaang lungsod basta mayroong permiso ng lokal na pamahalaan, pulisya, at fire department.
