PINUTAKTE ng reklamo ang Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank}, isang subsidiary ng Land
Bank of the Philippines, dahil sa sobrang delay na transaksyon at mga “piping” customer
service staff.


Sinabi ng isang dismayadong kliyente ng OFBank na naranasan niya ang maghintay nang
matagal para lamang sa one-time PIN para makumpleto ang transaksyon. Makalimang
ulit siyang nag-request ng PIN pero expired na pagdating nito dahil sa kanya, sa sobrang
tagal. Dahil dito, na-block ang account ng kliyente dahil sa kahihingi ng PIN number.
Dahil dito, sinubukan ng kliyente na tawagan ang customer service, pero lalong sumakit
ang kanyang ulo dahil walang sumasagot.


“I have a business to take care of, and this problem is wasting my time and money. Do
they think overseas Filipino workers simply defecate money? All I could hear were
advertisements over the phone,” ayon sa dismayadong customer.

Sinabi naman ng isang kliyente na nabawasan ang kanyang pondo sa isang digital
account kahit na wala siyang binayaran o kahit na hindi niya ginamit ang card.


Isa pang kliyene ang umalma dahil sa mali ang halagang ibinawas sa kanyang account
matapos magwithdraw sa ATM. Nauna nang tinanggihan ng ATM ang transaksyon, pero
nang nag-transact ulit ang kliyente, binawasan siyang muli, kahit minsan lang siyang
nakapag-withdraw ng pera.


Samantala, sinabi ng isang kliyente ng GoTyme Bank na kahit kailan, hindi niya
naranasan ang ganitong problema – mabilis ang transaksyon at wala pang isang minuto
ay nakakapag-transfer siya ng pera sa ibang account, o kaya’y nagbabayad ng mga
pinamili. Ang maganda pa raw dito, walang anomang bayad kapag naglilipat ng pera sa
ibang bangko o nagka-cash-out.
