Kabute, dried dates at ibang prutas ban sa airport

Ban at hindi maaaring makapasok sa bansa ang iba’t-ibang agricultural products mula sa ibang bansa.

Ito ang mahigpit na utos ng Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal 1 na kung saan ilang pasahero ang nahulihan na may dalang mga dried fruits at mushroom mula Ho Chi Minh, Taipei at Korea.

Hindi pinaligtas ng Bureau of Customs (BoC) sa NAIA ang mga kargang dried dates, dried mushrooms, crosstephium na Chinese plant, Zucchini at plums.

Nakumpiska ang mga nabanggit na items sa mga pasahero ng International Flights ng Philippine Air Lines kagabi.

Ang mga naturang produkto ay walang mga kaukulang permit na maipakita sa quarantine services sa NAIA na nagging dahilan para kumpiskahin.
