Private vehicles, nangungunang pasaway sa Edsa bus lane —DOTr

Ibinunyag ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na ang mga pribadong motorista ang pangunahing lumalabag sa patakaran sa Edsa busway.

Ayon kay DOTR Command and Control Operations Center Chief Charlie del Rosario, hindi nila inaasahan na mga pribadong sasakyan pa ang lalabag sa batas trapiko.

Sa kabila aniya nito unti-unti nang bumababa ang bilang ng mga nahuhuling pasaway na motorista araw-araw.

Nagpaalala naman si Chief del Rosario, na tanging ang mga pampasaherong bus na may espesyal na permiso lamang ang pinapayagang dumaan sa Edsa bus carousel.

Maliban dito, pinahihintulutan din ang mga sasakyan ng Pangulo, Bise Presidente, House Speaker, Senate President, Chief Justice ng Supreme Court, at iba pang mga sasakyan na may espesyal na katungkulan.
