P/Major De Castro, sibak na; Catherine Camilon, patay na?

TULUYAN nang tinanggal sa serbisyo si Police Major Allan de Castro, ayon sa Police
Regional Office 4A (PRO 4A).

Si De Castro ang inakusang sangkot sa pagkawala ng teacher at dating beauty
contestant na si Catherine Camilon.


Ayon kay PRO 4A chief Police Brig. General Paul Kenneth Lucas, “Today, I would like to
announce the dismissal of Police Major Allan de Castro from the PNP service effective
16 January 2024, signed by me, following an extensive investigation conducted by our
Regional Internal Affairs Service 4A.”


Kinasuhan ng PNP si De Castro ng “conduct unbecoming of a police officer,” noong
nakaraang taon dahil sa pagkakaroon nito ng relasyon kay Camilon kahit na siya ay
may asawa na.


Bago pa siya kinasuhan, isinangkot ang police major sa pagkawala ni Camilon dahil
ayon sa imbestigasyon ng pulisya, siya ang katatagpuin nito nang nawala ito noong
Oktubre, 2023.

Ayon kay Major General Romeo Camarat Jr., CIDG Director, noong Nob. 12, 2023, ang
17 strands na buhok at 12 sample swabs ng dugo na natagpuan sa pulang Honda CR-V
ay tumugma sa DNA ng mga magulang ni Camilon.


Samantala, ayon kay P/Major Nilo Morallos, deputy chief, CIDG-Calabarzon, na ang
pahayag ng mga testigo ay tumutuloy sa posibilidad na maaaring patay na si Camilon.


“We are hoping for the best, but we are expecting the worst. Hindi po namin masabi
kung wala na po talaga, pero base po sa account ng witnesses namin, it appears na
‘yun na nga po, na patay na po,” dagdag pa ni Morallos.
