Taas-presyo sa produktong petrolyo, kasado na sa huling linggo ng 2023

Epektibo na simula bukas ang malakihang dagdag sa presyo sa produktong petrolyo.

Eksaktong alas dose uno ng hatinggabi, ipatutupad ng Caltex ang ₱1.60 na umento sa kada litro ng gasolina.

Aabot naman sa ₱1.70 ang dagdag sa kada litro ng diesel; at ₱1.55 naman sa bawat litro ng kerosene.

Bandang 6:00 ng umaga naman ipatutupad ng mga kumpanyang Shell at Seaoil, ang kaparehong price adjustments sa gasolina at diesel, habang ₱1.54 naman ang dagdag sa kada litro ng kerosene o gaas.

Una nang sinabi ng Department Of Energy – Oil Industry Management Bureau na ang pagtaas ng presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo ay bunsod ng pag-iwas ng mga kumpanya ng langis at ng mga oil tanker na dumaan sa Red Sea dahil sa pag-atake ng mga rebelde.
