HB 8264: Libreng dental services sa lahat ng mahihirap

IPINANUKALA ni Bulacan 6 th District Rep. Salvador Pleyto Sr. ang pagkakaroon ng libreng dental
services sa lahat ng Rural Health Units (RHUs) sa bansa.


Kapag naisa-batas ang House Bill No. 8264, ito ay tatawaging “Dental Health Act of 2023”. Ang
serbisyo ay ibibigay ng isang licensed dentist at dental aide.


Inaatasan nito ang Department of Health (DoH) at Department of Interior and Local Government
(DILG) na magsagawa ng nararapat na rules and regulations para maging mahusay ang pagpapatupad ng batas.

Ang paunang badyet sa hiring ng dentista, dental aide, mga kagamitan, at dental supplies ay
magmumula sa pondo ng DoH.
