THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) officially launched the Negosyo Center Online Portal 2.0 on September 28 at the DTI NCR Office in Makati City, offering Filipino entrepreneurs a digital gateway to essential business services anytime and anywhere.

Developed by the DTI’s Negosyo Center Program Management Office, the enhanced platform centralizes core services such as registration assistance, advisory support, educational modules, and one-on-one virtual coaching from certified mentors.

By digitalizing operations, the portal integrates client profiling, content management, and data analytics tools to assess user needs and extend vital government resources to remote and underserved communities nationwide.

“Small businesses are the beating heart of our economy. When we empower a local enterprise, we do not just build a business—we uplift families, transform communities and drive national growth,” said DTI Secretary Cristina A. Roque.

She emphasized that the portal connects local producers to expanding international markets, building on a robust export environment and strategic initiatives like free trade agreements and the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement.

To complement digital market access, the DTI provides practical support through free-venue trade fairs and specialized financing facilities via Small Business Corporation (SBCorp).

These include multibillion-peso programs such as the Women’s Enterprise Fund, OFW Negosyo Fund, Exporter Fund, MSME Business Fund, E-Transport Loan Program, and a mobile-processed Youth Enterprise Fund.

Secretary Roque urged entrepreneurs to utilize the platform for fast, actionable guidance. Business owners and interested individuals can now access the upgraded system online through negosyocenter.dti.gov.ph to build stronger enterprises and secure a better future.
