SAN JUAN City Mayor Francis Zamora has officially opened the Makabagong San Juan Inclusivity Hub along Santolan Road, establishing a dedicated multi-purpose facility designed to support women, youth, and senior citizens.
Backed by a total allocated budget of ₱49,979,550.41, the center aims to serve as a comprehensive venue for community programs, governance initiatives, and social services.
The newly launched hub houses several specialized facilities tailored to different demographics within the city:

- Youth Center: A multi-purpose venue focused on youth leadership development, skills training, educational programs, and recreational activities.
- Juan Space (Community-Based Teen Center): A safe, youth-friendly environment providing essential health services, counseling, mental health support, and empowerment programs for adolescents.
- City Library: A public resource center equipped with books, computers, digital tools, research materials, and learning programs accessible to all residents.
- Gender and Development (GAD) Office: An administrative hub dedicated to promoting gender equality, inclusivity, and women’s empowerment across all city programs.
- Women’s Crisis Center (Opening Soon): An upcoming 24/7 facility intended to serve as a temporary shelter and support system for survivors of violence against women and others in need of protection.
By bringing these diverse services under one roof, the local government reinforces its commitment to inclusive, community-centric governance, ensuring that residents across all generations have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
