P198.8-B projects sa PEZA, aprubado

INIULAT ng Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) ngayong araw na inaprubahan nito ang 206 proyekto na nagkakahalaga ng P198.8 billion sa unang taon ng Marcos administration.


Sa naturang mga proyekto, 11 ang malalaki, na may puhunang isang bilyong piso. Umabot sa P155 bilyon ang malalaking proyektong ito, o may kabuuang P119.3 bilyon para sa ecozone development,

P33.95 bilyon para sa export manufacturing, at P1.76 bilyong para sa ecozone facilities Umabot sa 33,261 bagong trabaho ang nadagdag sa unang taon ng Marcos Administration at umakyat mula sa 1,772,509 – 1,805,770 ang kabuuang bilang ng mga nagtatrabaho.


Ayon kay PEZA Director General Tereso Panga, patuloy daw nilang pag-iibayuhin ang pagsisikap na maka-hikayat pa nang mas maraming investors sa bansa.
