THE local government of Muntinlupa has once again earned national recognition from the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) at the 2026 Most Business-Friendly LGU Awards, securing a spot in the Top 5 for the City Level 1A category alongside a Special Citation Award.

This marks the second consecutive year—following a similar achievement in 2025—that the city has finished among the top five finalists.

The distinction underscores Muntinlupa’s ongoing efforts to foster a stable, competitive, and welcoming environment for commercial enterprises.

“This is a major victory that reflects our dedication to transparent governance, more efficient services, and the creation of a vibrant ecosystem for investors and MSMEs,” stated Mayor Ruffy Biazon.

Moving forward, the city government remains committed to upholding honest governance and fast public service.

These initiatives aim to attract more investors, generate local employment, and open up expanded livelihood opportunities, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
